Having been engaged in the staffing industry since he co-founded Employee Solutions in 1997, David is the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of Employee Solutions, LP. In those positions, he created and currently manages one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.

Terri Shoate has been working in the staffing industry since 1997. She has been employed at Employee Solutions since 2000, where she began as an Onsite Manager. After starting the Onsite program for one of Employee Solutions’ largest accounts in 2004, Terri was promoted to Director of Operations.

Andrew Hill began his career with Employee Solutions in 1998 as a Business Development Representative and quickly advanced over the years to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In her role as General Counsel, Shelby Park Beshara counsels Employee Solutions on all legal matters and ensures compliance with all applicable law. She earned her juris doctor and bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and attended two universities in Mexico and Oxford University in England along the way.

Joey Thomas previously worked in sales for a local competitor and was referred to Employee Solutions in 2005, when he was hired as an Onsite Representative. He quickly used his ability to connect and communicate with others, whether with the temporary associates, supervisors, HR staff or Area Managers. Joey was promoted to Director of Operations in 2010.

Tracy Cutts joined Employee Solutions in 2004 as a member of the business development team. After learning she excelled in customer service and retention, she was transitioned into Operations and has held multiple positions. Tracy has been Branch Manager for our Farmers Branch location, Strategic Account Manager over some of our oldest partner companies, and Regional Manager with locations in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

James Garibay joined Employee Solutions in 2012 and brings over 22 years of staffing experience in both operations and sales. He accepted a role as a Strategic Account Manager with Employee Solutions, and because of his knowledge and leadership style, he excelled quickly and was promoted to many different roles, landing as Operations Manager.

Jonathan started working for Employee Solutions in 2015 as the Branch Manager for the new Arkansas office. He was able to use his management and leadership skills to grow Arkansas and eventually Oklahoma. Jonathan was promoted to Operations Manager in 2018.
